Description:

Sales and Promotion:

  • Achieve sales targets for MR solutions through effective selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices to promote MR clinical solutions.
  • Support trade shows, professional conferences, and customer training.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders such as radiologists, radiographers, and biomedical engineers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build regional product strategies.

Training and Education:

  • Provide technical and clinical information, demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits to the customers and commercial team
  • Organize conferences and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
  • Provide training and educational materials to healthcare staff as required.

Market Knowledge:

  • Maintain awareness of competition activities and market developments.
  • Stay updated with the latest clinical data and share insights with health professionals.
  • Actively track market dynamics, including customer needs and product evolutions, and formulate analysis reports to aid in business forecast and planning.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Medical Science and minimum 3 years clinical MRI experience or relevant industry expertise.
  • Strong ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
  • Ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and be a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives

You will also participate in the planning and implementation of dealer training for products under C-arm portfolio.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site clinical support to healthcare professionals during surgeries involving C-Arm systems .

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for surgeons, radiographers, and OR staff to optimize system usage.

  • Offer proactive education and application training to healthcare providers using our installed base (IB) .

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and enhance product efficiency.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.

  • Stay updated on latest clinical trends and technological advancements to enhance training quality

Required Qualifications

  • technical knowledge or experiencein radiology, biomedical engineering, operating room technology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding ofmedical imaging equipment, preferablyC-Arm or fluoroscopy systems.

  • Excellentcommunication and training skillsto effectively educate healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to work in asurgical environment, providing real-time support during procedures.
