  • Support Marketing teams to execute events, congresses across the Eastern Europe region
  • Keep customer information up to date in systems SalesForce.com.
  • As Commercial Operations Specialist you take a facilitating role in striving for a seamless operation, with satisfied customers and internal stakeholders as a result
  • Provide support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with functional teams
  • Work within an international matrix environment, showing a flexible & proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service
  • Contribution to team goals and KPI metrics
  • Facilitate and expedite day to day tasks directly related to Modality Manager
  • Role will be operated on-site

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum College degree in related field (engineering, management studies, logistics, economics, etc.),
  • Experience working in a similar type of role in an Operations capacity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
  • Negotiation skills/experience
  • Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employee and customers at all levels.
  • Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.

Description:
Drive implementation of effective Connectivity solutions amongst the installed base and new installations to enable growth of the regional service offerings.
Please, note that this apprentice role is available only for fresh graduates with maximum 2 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities
  • Drive 100% connectivity of connectable systems in the Installed Base and the new installations.

  • Provide technical support to field service engineers and facilitate in resolving technical issues concerning connectivity.

  • Play a leading role with the service sales team and the service delivery remote applications team to enable growth opportunities and deploy new digital technologies in the region and develop the service offerings in the region.

  • Build the working relationship with Service Sales Specialists, HPM PMI organization, On-Line Centre (OLC) & Service Management within the region to drive appropriate Service Connectivity in new and existing installations. Facilitate the management of New Installations.

  • Negotiate with our customers’ local IT team and advise them on the best solution to adopt.

  • Produce and maintain Connectivity database within current quality system and procedures.

  • Ensure quality connectivity implementation.

  • Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue.

  • Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.

Technical skills
  • Basic Networking: Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, and DNS.

  • VPN Configuration: Familiarity with setting up and configuring VPN clients and servers.

  • Network Security Basics: Basic knowledge of network security principles to protect VPN connections.

  • Operating System Fundamentals: Basic skills in navigating and managing Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • Firewall Basics: Understanding of basic firewall concepts and configurations.

  • Network Monitoring: Basic skills in using network monitoring tools to observe network performance.

  • Troubleshooting: Fundamental troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network and VPN issues.

Other Skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English

  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Description:
As a Field Service Engineer Apprentice, you'll have an opportunity to join our Service Team in X-ray/Mammo and U/S Modality. In that role you'll be fully employed by the GE Healthcare and your responsibilities will be to perform on time and accurate Service activities (Corrective actions, Preventative Maintenance, installations) in above mentioned modalities.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining all models specific to a modality in the assigned area,

  • Performing total system level trouble-shooting on simple problems,

  • Communicating clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status; maintaining customers' satisfaction,

  • Assisting in the growth and direction of business in geographic area,

  • Responsible for Preventive maintenance on Warranty and PMS contracted systems,

  • Responsibly completing all administration tasks on time,

  • Sharing best practices,

  • Maintaining effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.

Requirements Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified Technician/ Engineer or equivalent professional experience in medical devices. Experience in Field Service will be welcome but not mandatory,

  • Technical analytical skills,

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, high work standards and quality,

  • Customer-oriented attitude; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, excellent listening and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English and in Greek,

  • Valid driving license, active driving experience,
