1. 财务规划与分析- 主导年度预算、季度预测及长期战略规划的编制。建立动态财务模型，精准识别业务风险与机会。- 深度分析业务线财务表现（收入、成本、利润等），结合市场趋势与运营数据，输出可落地的洞察建议，支持管理层决策。- 设计并优化财务分析指标体系，搭建自动化报表工具（如Power BI/Tableau），提升数据可视化与决策效率。- 主导月度/季度财务关账流程，确保关账时效性，同步提升预测准确性。监控预算执行差异，联动业务部门制定改进计划，确保财务目标与业务战略对齐。-持续评估财务规划、关账及报告流程痛点，推动自动化解决方案落地，减少人工干预并降低风险。2. 跨层级协作与影响力- 作为中国区与Global总部的关键桥梁，高效完成总部汇报（英文），清晰传达中国区业务动态及财务需求。- 定期向中国区高层（CEO/CFO/BU Head）汇报经营分析结果，用数据驱动业务策略调整。- 横向协同市场、供应链、销售等部门，推动跨职能项目，确保财务视角融入业务全流程。3. 团队管理与赋能- 培养3-5人FP&A团队，制定个人发展计划，通过 mentorship 和实战项目提升团队财务建模、业务洞察及跨部门沟通能力。- 建立团队知识共享机制，引入全球最佳实践与工具，推动流程标准化与创新。4. 敏捷执行与持续学习（行动力与学习力）- 快速响应业务变化，主导临时性专项分析（如带量采购，关税），确保高质量交付。- 持续关注行业趋势（如数字化转型、ESG），探索数据分析工具（如Python/SQL）在财务场景的应用。....
