As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will be the technical and product expert in sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. You will also be the technical point of contact for all questions and support queries. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying product opportunities, and developing winning sales strategies to expand the sale and retention of our products within Fortune 500 client base. You will also be involved in training current and potential partners on the use of our products, solutions, and services.
You should have at least three years experience working in customer service or sales within the tech industry in France. You are also expected to have a high level of technical knowledge about the NSS, the security industry, and networking protocols. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable talking with clients and presenting complex technical products.
