As an Advanced Support Engineer for Fortinet in France, you'll be part of a world-leading network security and cybersecurity solutions provider. Your role is to provide technical support on large-scale technical projects for customers in the French market. You must ensure that customer satisfaction and satisfaction objectives are met in an efficient and effective manner.
You will combine your technical experience and communication skills to provide consistent and courteous technical advice and professional responses to customer issues. Additionally, you'll manage and review existing customer accounts, advise customers on their network security needs, develop detailed implementation plans, and lead on projects as required.
You'll provide technical support for Fortinet products to a wide range of customers. You'll be required to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve requests associated with current installations and configurations of existing technologies. You will also provide expertise in working with other team members, be able to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, and ensure that customer service standards are achieved.
You should have a BS/MS degree in a technical field such as computer science, electrical engineering, or information technology. Additionally, you must have experience with Windows and Unix systems, as well as experience working with networking technologies. Certification in Fortinet products or similar experience is desired but not required.
You'll need to develop a strong understanding of how the company provides products and services to meet customer requirements. You must build a positive reputation with internal and external customers on all customer accounts, and be a trusted source of reliable advice.
