The Technical Account Manager role is an important part of the tech industry in Canada. As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for liaising between customers and the company’s customer service and technical staff. You’ll be the key point of contact for the customer, and your primary role is to manage technical issues and ensure prompt, efficient and accurate resolution. Your duties may include: • Responding to technical support and service requests from customers and ensure they receive the best level of service • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers • Communicating regularly with both customers and technical staff to ensure the most accurate and timely solutions are provided • Collaborating with Fortinet’s engineering, installation, and training teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensuring effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests • Communicating clearly with customers to ensure they understand the proposed solutions • Making sure customer issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner • Investigating customer complaints and taking corrective action to prevent future occurrences The ideal candidate for this position will be knowledgeable and passionate about technology. You must also have excellent communication and problem solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
