Inside Regional Account Manager - Austria - Office Vienna

In this role you will drive direct sales into a territory of commercial accounts. You will be directly responsible for driving existing and incremental revenues within a defined revenue threshold. You will achieve this by developing executive relationships with key buyers and influencers over the phone within the accounts, while also mirroring this activity with our key partner accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop territory strategy to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
  • Maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value added solutions.
  • Serve as lead contact for your accounts.
  • Develops relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners.
  • Consistently delivers a high-quality pipeline and accurate forecast.
  • Accurate management of pipeline/opportunities via CRM – Salesforce.com.
  • Achievement of quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years in an Inside Sales or “Hybrid” role
  • Networking or Security background
  • Proven track record of target achievement
  • SFDC/Salesforce.com knowledge advantageous
  • Must be motivated, a self-starter, and be able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communications capabilities
  • Self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are a must for this role

Description:

Regional Account Manager - Austria

In this key role, you will lead direct sales engagements into mid-size enterprise accounts and strategic partners in a specific region in Austria. Your focus will be to create and implement account plans focused on attaining deployments of Fortinet products. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve positive results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

· Generating new business opportunities and running sales strategies through to closure of the sale.
· Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.
· Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.

· You have a shown ability to sell solutions to mid-size enterprise accounts with a minimum of 5 years sales experience.
· You bring a proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability with experience in closing large deals.
· You have excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors in addition to excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
· You are an ambitious, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
· You are a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and bring a daring, hunter type mentality.
· You have a minimum of 3 years experience selling network security products and services.

· BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred
