Description:
What you'll be doing:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the global demand generation strategy, with clear goals for pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion.
- Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events.
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor performance across the funnel, applying testing and data insights to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, and SLA processes. Enable SDRs with effective follow-up strategies.
- Technology & Operations: Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Own KPIs for demand generation. Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI for executive stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small but growing demand generation team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need:
- 7–10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success driving pipeline growth in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity/ecommerce industries.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, and 6sense, along with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong track record of executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales.
- Analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting dashboards, reports, and campaign insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
