We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a unique Hybrid Product Manager/Developer role, leading the development and enhancement of our suite of cybersecurity applications. This role is critical in driving the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring our applications meet the evolving needs of security analysts and automation workflows. As part of MP&L, North American Vehicle Logistics (NAVL) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Ford and Lincoln vehicles from our assembly plants to dealers in North America. The Freight Payment and Network Planning Analyst will have responsibilities that are tied to ensuring continuous support of payments to all carriers across NAVL's carrier base (Rail, Carhaul, RoRo/Ocean, Port Processing, Yard Management), in tandem with working on solutions to continuously improve the transportation network. This position will work hand in hand with Vehicle Logistics Operations, Purchasing, IT and Finance, to drive problem solving on payment and system related issues to ensure timely solutions are implemented. Additionally, this position will support Network Planning functions (network optimization, contract management, strategy development), to drive improvements in our base Vehicle Logistics business.

Ford is seeking an experienced and passionate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and lead the development, enhancement, and extension of SRE principals in our Cloud Organization. You will play a critical role in driving the implementation of SRE best practices in key Cloud shared services guiding Cloud operation teams through their SRE Journey. In this role, you will not only contribute hands-on to ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems but also mentor and lead a team of Global SREs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Build responsive, enterprise-scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and progressive web technologies
• Follow agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement of user interface
• Apply expertise in web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility to create robust, scalable front-end solutions
• Develop and maintain CI/CD practices that support reliable, automated deployment of front-end applications
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product teams to meet critical business timelines and deliver seamless user experiences
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in enterprise front-end application development
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Strong background in web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser testing
• Hands-on experience with front-end build tools, version control (Github), pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
• Proven ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate with designers and back-end teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in creating pixel-perfect user interfaces

As part of the engineering team, you will assist in reviewing, testing and deploying new technologies for introduction to the Ford network, such as new firewall models or cloud services. Activities include:

• Technology research
• Product comparison, evaluation, testing and recommendations
• Ongoing testing and code evaluation
• Deployment and ongoing support

Extranet Engineering team manages the Employee Remote Access service. This is a global service providing remote work capabilities to 100,000+ staff.

Other key activities include:

• Consulting services for customers seeking assistance when standard solutions do not suffice
• Troubleshooting (3rd/4th level technical support to other Extranet teams).
