As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of our new digital financing system for dealers in Germany. You will act as the voice of our customers and dealers, identifying their needs and translating them into innovative, user-centric products. You will drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our digital solutions.

The hourly rated positions available at Ford Motor Company manufacturing or warehousing facilities are for vehicle or vehicle component assembly. The production worker is required to assemble the vehicle or component part using the materials and tools provided in a predefined order and process. These positions may require the selection, manipulation, attachment of parts onto the vehicle or component using power or hand tools, hoists, or other equipment and machinery.

Rate of Pay and Benefits:
• Starting wage rate at $21.00 per hour plus applicable shift or crew premiums

What you’ll be able to do:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams to develop innovative engineering solutions that enable integrated vehicle systems, efficient manufacturing processes, and key styling themes
• Develop and prototype concepts that improve product cost, mass, efficiency, manufacturability, serviceability, and user experience
• Drive cross functional product architecture trades between vehicle subsystems (interiors, closures, chassis, thermal, powertrain, electrical distribution, etc.) to determine product direction
• Identify and resolve geometrical incompatibilities between systems through first principles and concept 3D
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and suppliers to procure and build physical properties

We are looking for an exceptionally gifted UI/UX professional who is obsessed with exploring and advancing the latest interactive design trends, hardware capabilities and technologies. In this role, you must be able to envision the big picture while also rolling up your sleeves to perfect the smallest project details. You will create compelling and thoughtful in-vehicle user experiences with a focus on clean and artful design and where it seamlessly integrates with in-vehicle hardware technology.
