The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Director of Sales to join our dynamic and growing company. This position is accountable for the development, implementation, and support of strategies and tactics to effectively acquire, manage, and profitably grow the sales of healthcare financial engagement and payment platform. This person will convert client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

Ideally, this position will be fulfilled remotely with travel within their sales territory, and to Chicago/Boston occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • “Hunting” role that is focused on acquiring net new clients
  • Identifying and leading opportunities using a consultative selling approach throughout all phases of the sales process (e.g. identification, qualification, development, proposal, closing)
  • Developing strategic opportunity plans that define a differentiated solution and win strategy
  • Initiating, nurturing, and sustaining trusted executive client relationships targeted at the “C” suite
  • Supporting RFP and proposal generation process
  • Maintaining accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a SaaS, technology or service sales position in the healthcare market preferably within the revenue cycle
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Experience successfully selling revenue cycle technology solutions or services into acute health systems. Experience with Texas and Tennessee health systems is a huge plus.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to sell a solution that solves the client’s business problems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM applications; Salesforce preferred

The Senior People Systems & Reporting Specialist (Workday) will be a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of People Operations (HR) technology and reporting capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and the employee lifecycle. Data insights will be leveraged by the successful candidate to drive impactful People Operations initiatives, enhance the employee experience, and align our People strategies with our overall business objectives.


HR Technology Expertise:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of our investment in the Workday technology.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and our own People Team to ensure a seamless integration coupled with data integrity across all HR systems and platforms.
  • Ensure Workday is set up for the best experience for our candidates, employees, managers, leaders and people teams.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Establish and maintain robust HR data analytics and reporting frameworks, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform HR and business leaders on workforce performance, engagement, retention, and other key People Operations indicators.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs, identify potential risks (e.g., employee turnover), and inform proactive HR strategies.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Optimize and streamline People Operations processes and workflows, leveraging automation and technology to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across all HR systems and reporting.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls over HR-related financial processes to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Proven track record in safeguarding sensitive employee data and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations relevant to SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA amongst others.

Indirect Leadership & Development:

  • Promote a data-driven mindset within the People Operations team and across the entire People Team, empowering individuals to leverage data and technology to enhance their work and impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with leaders across the organization (IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure People Operations initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimal utilization of our Workday technology solutions.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations, with at least 5 years in a role focused on HR systems and reporting.
  • Proven experience in leading the implementation and optimization of HRIS platforms (Workday strongly desired).
  • Deep understanding of HR data analytics and reporting best practices, including experience with data visualization tools (Prism, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong program and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex HR technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

We, at Flywire, are seeking a
Payments Director, NA (Cards & APMs) to manage and grow our partnerships with global card networks, acquirers, and APMs in North America. This person will be the face of Flywire as it relates to leading the management of domestic network and acquiring partnerships and as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders. This person will work closely across teams including Operations, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Legal & Compliance to evaluate and enable execution of new initiatives.   • Develop a deep understanding of Flywire’s set up with networks and acquirers across multiple business models (referral partnerships, integrated partnerships, merchant/acquiring relationships)
  • Drive new partnership constructs with payment partners in support of Flywire’s core verticals
  • Stay on top of changes and regulations in the market that could materially impact Flywire’s business and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes
  • Fluent across various processing constructs from MOR to payfac to acquiring.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with global payment networks
  • Lead cost optimization strategies to drive down Flywire’s overall processing costs

We, at Flywire, are seeking a
Payments Director, NA (Cards & APMs) to manage and grow our partnerships with global card networks, acquirers, and APMs in North America. This person will be the face of Flywire as it relates to leading the management of domestic network and acquiring partnerships and as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders. This person will work closely across teams including Operations, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Legal & Compliance to evaluate and enable execution of new initiatives. This is a key role that is central to Flywire’s ability to solve cards related to large and complex payments challenges for its clients globally. This role will report into the Global Head of Card Strategy & Partnerships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Flywire’s set up with networks and acquirers across multiple business models (referral partnerships, integrated partnerships, merchant/acquiring relationships)
  • Drive new partnership constructs with payment partners in support of Flywire’s core verticals
  • Stay on top of changes and regulations in the market that could materially impact Flywire’s business and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes
  • Fluent across various processing constructs from MOR to payfac to acquiring.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with global payment networks
  • Lead cost optimization strategies to drive down Flywire’s overall processing costs
  • Support Flywire’s growth into virtual card issuance and automation
  • Drive global card strategies and methodologies on convenience fees, surcharging and industry rules

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in card payments at an acquirer, card scheme, or merchant that required closely working with card acquirers at a technology driven company
  • Deep understanding of working style of large global card acquirers and the North America payments ecosystem providers
  • Expertise at the technical intricacies of payment processing and comfortable digesting API specs
  • Familiarity with local card regulations and payment methods
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to break down complex ideas and convey them succinctly
  • Strong analytical skills to develop business cases and prioritize initiatives accordingly
  • Collaborative working style to enable the broader teams to win business
  • Track record of building partnerships and conducting strategic negotiations
  • Love for process with ability to stay nimble to execute under tight deadlines
  • Creative mindset to identify new opportunities and bias towards action to execute
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders without authority

The Opportunity:

The Senior Leader of Enterprise Systems is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for the strategic vision and operational execution of the company's technology systems, with exposure to the senior executive team. This role ensures that all systems are integrated seamlessly, operate efficiently, and align directly with the overarching business goals and objectives. This Senior Leader is a champion of innovation, driving the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance business performance and maintain a competitive edge. This leader will drive an enterprise-wide transformation across all systems, with initial focus on Corporate Functions systems transformation and automation. The Enterprise Systems leader will be a very strong cross functional collaborator, with an internal customer-focused mindset, linking functional requirements to best in class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Director of Sales to join our dynamic and growing company. This position is accountable for the development, implementation, and support of strategies and tactics to effectively acquire, manage, and profitably grow the sales of healthcare financial engagement and payment platform. This person will convert client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

Ideally, this position will be fulfilled remotely with travel within their sales territory, and to Chicago/Boston occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • “Hunting” role that is focused on acquiring net new clients
  • Identifying and leading opportunities using a consultative selling approach throughout all phases of the sales process (e.g. identification, qualification, development, proposal, closing)
  • Developing strategic opportunity plans that define a differentiated solution and win strategy
  • Initiating, nurturing, and sustaining trusted executive client relationships targeted at the “C” suite
  • Supporting RFP and proposal generation process
  • Maintaining accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a SaaS, technology or service sales position in the healthcare market preferably within the revenue cycle
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Experience successfully selling revenue cycle technology solutions or services into acute health systems. Experience with Texas and Tennessee health systems is a huge plus.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to sell a solution that solves the client’s business problems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM applications; Salesforce preferred
