The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Director of Sales to join our dynamic and growing company. This position is accountable for the development, implementation, and support of strategies and tactics to effectively acquire, manage, and profitably grow the sales of healthcare financial engagement and payment platform. This person will convert client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

Ideally, this position will be fulfilled remotely with travel within their sales territory, and to Chicago/Boston occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • “Hunting” role that is focused on acquiring net new clients
  • Identifying and leading opportunities using a consultative selling approach throughout all phases of the sales process (e.g. identification, qualification, development, proposal, closing)
  • Developing strategic opportunity plans that define a differentiated solution and win strategy
  • Initiating, nurturing, and sustaining trusted executive client relationships targeted at the “C” suite
  • Supporting RFP and proposal generation process
  • Maintaining accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a SaaS, technology or service sales position in the healthcare market preferably within the revenue cycle
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Experience successfully selling revenue cycle technology solutions or services into acute health systems. Experience with Texas and Tennessee health systems is a huge plus.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to sell a solution that solves the client’s business problems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM applications; Salesforce preferred

Payments Director, NA (Cards & APMs) to manage and grow our partnerships with global card networks, acquirers, and APMs in North America. This person will work closely across teams including Operations, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Legal & Compliance to evaluate and enable execution of new initiatives. This role will report into the Global Head of Card Strategy & Partnerships.

The Opportunity:

Flywire is seeking a Director of Technical Accounting to assist in revenue recognition and various technical accounting matters to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and internal & external audits. This role will report to our VP of Technical Accounting and External Reporting.

Remote but within the Boston or surrounding geography to periodically be able to meet in person in our Boston office location


What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on accounting standards, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and other relevant regulations.
  • Advise and consult with senior management and other internal stakeholders on complex accounting matters.
  • Review customer revenue contracts to determine and document the appropriate revenue recognition to be applied.
  • Partner with Legal, Sales, Gross Margin Ops, and serve as the accounting point of contact on revenue recognition, and assist in contract structuring.
  • Own ad hoc technical projects as needed (e.g., business combinations, debt issuance, equity transactions, and lease transactions etc.).
  • Prepare technical accounting analyses and documentation for complex accounting issues and provide accounting consultation advice to the relevant business partners.
  • Develop accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
  • Responsible for relevant financial statement disclosures including revenues, business combinations and leases.
  • Assist with certain monthly and quarterly close activities and support operational teams’ accounting matters as the subject matter expert.
  • Prepare/Review relevant internal control documentation for responsible areas and ensure compliance with SOX policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit results

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience from public accounting and/or public multinational SAAS or payment processing companies, Big 4 experience and CPA is strongly preferred

  • Excellent understanding of US GAAP accounting principles with a strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles within ASC 606 Revenues from contracts with customers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, & self-motivated with a desire for continuous improvement

  • Strong interpersonal, project management, oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with various business partners and influence decision making

As Director of Data Architecture and Engineering, you will lead the teams responsible for data architecture, data engineering, data modeling, and data governance. You will oversee the unification of data from all areas of the company and succeed through the following responsibilities:

  • Lead with strong business and data acumen, excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, and the ability to communicate complex data solutions to business stakeholders
  • Drive the architecture vision, engineering standards, and frameworks that support overall business objectives and enhances Flywire’s operations
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across multiple functional areas
  • Cultivate a passionate and innovative data team, focusing on people development and building a strong succession pipeline for the future.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of experience in a data architecture design and management experience
  • Outstanding leadership, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data frameworks & standards
  • Proven experience designing automated real-time / near-real-time workloads
  • Expert with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data / analytic services
  • Past experience with other cloud technologies like Snowflake or Databricks preferred
  • A forward-thinking leader with experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to accelerate and automate varying aspects of the data lifecycle: data acquisition, modeling, data quality, documentation, test case generation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management : Lead process improvements and drive operational efficiencies across GTM organizations.
  • Executive Support : Support executive deliverables, including Board Reviews and strategic planning.
  • 10–15+ years of RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM Strategy experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • A hands-on mindset — you’re not afraid to get into the weeds and make systems, processes, and dashboards better.
  • Track record of building scalable GTM infrastructure from the ground up or through major transformation.
  • Expertise with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Gong , and other RevOps platforms.
  • Strong analytical chops — you can turn data into insight and insight into action.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Director of Sales to join our dynamic and growing company. This position is accountable for the development, implementation, and support of strategies and tactics to effectively acquire, manage, and profitably grow the sales of healthcare financial engagement and payment platform. This person will convert client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

Ideally, this position will be fulfilled remotely with travel within their sales territory, and to Chicago/Boston occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • “Hunting” role that is focused on acquiring net new clients
  • Identifying and leading opportunities using a consultative selling approach throughout all phases of the sales process (e.g. identification, qualification, development, proposal, closing)
  • Developing strategic opportunity plans that define a differentiated solution and win strategy
  • Initiating, nurturing, and sustaining trusted executive client relationships targeted at the “C” suite
  • Supporting RFP and proposal generation process
  • Maintaining accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a SaaS, technology or service sales position in the healthcare market preferably within the revenue cycle
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Experience successfully selling revenue cycle technology solutions or services into acute health systems. Experience with Texas and Tennessee health systems is a huge plus.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to sell a solution that solves the client’s business problems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM applications; Salesforce preferred
