💼 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a to join our growing team at Flywire .

In this role, you’ll manage a high and increasing volume of chargeback disputes while ensuring full compliance with regulatory controls and safeguarding requirements. You’ll play a key part in protecting Flywire’s funds and reputation — working collaboratively across teams, maintaining accurate financial records, and continually improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all daily chargeback tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Record new chargebacks in our internal systems
  • Prepare and submit chargeback dispute responses in line with card scheme and regulatory rules
  • Monitor and reconcile funds movements with partners and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of chargeback fund balances
  • Investigate and resolve chargeback-related issues with payment partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and improve workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in financial operations, payments, or chargebacks is beneficial but not required
  • An undergraduate degree or interest in the financial field is what matters most
  • Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Excellent analytical , organisational , and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and effective communication skills , both verbal and written
  • Proven English fluency in a global, collaborative environment

We, at Flywire, are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer II, ideally with a background in FinTech. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain the main payment experience for our platform that supports the money movement of our industry leading payment engine moving hundreds of millions for thousands of users everyday.

You will join a team responsible for designing new features and enhancing existing ones to boost engagement, conversion rates, speed, cost efficiency and scalability of our product. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, pragmatic design, building quality products and to convey the sensation that the product is the responsibility of all the team is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality code in a team defined timeframe working both in the frontend and backend of our product.

  • Write clean, high quality, testable, secure, maintainable and extendable code

  • Solve items such as challenging bugs and production issues within the development environment

  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Understand scalability and performance status and make improvement for scalability

  • Drive change and improvement in all phases of the development lifecycle

  • Partake in the recruitment process by identifying and exciting great talent

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

  • Contribute to the product vision by collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders

  • 10+ years of experience in web application development
  • Experience in designing, developing and supporting scalable, performant and reliable web applications and distributed systems

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Javascript libraries is a plus

We’re looking for a Client Experience Senior Associate who lives for delivering wow-worthy support and wants to make a real impact across the EMEA region. You'll be the go-to hero for our clients, helping them navigate Flywire’s products and services through phone, email and chat. Think problem-solver, educator and trusted advisor – all rolled into one.

You’ll work closely with our Relationship Managers, Payment Operations and Payment Experience teams to help clients get the most out of Flywire. This isn’t just support – it’s strategic, empathetic and all about making things smoother for everyone 🌟

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing fast, professional and friendly support via chat, phone and email
  • Tackling complex queries with empathy and confidence – you’ll be the calm in the chaos
  • Becoming an expert in all things Flywire so you can help clients get the best from our platform
  • Spotting trends and issues before they become problems – you’re proactive like that 🕵️‍♀️
  • Collaborating across teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Owning follow-ups and keeping clients in the loop until things are sorted
  • Taking part in exciting internal projects and mentoring newer team members
  • Staying curious – keeping up with updates and always learning 📚

💡 What we’re looking for:

  • You speak Spanish and English fluently – with strong written and verbal communication
  • Business-level French ? That’s a big plus!
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing support role – ideally in tech or finance
  • You love helping people and thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
  • You’re a team player who’s culturally aware and empathetic when supporting global clients 🌐
  • You’re analytical, detail-oriented and not afraid to dive into data
  • Flexible with working hours (occasional holidays included) – we support a global client base
  • Comfortable with tools like Zendesk, Google Suite and Looker

💼 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a to join our growing team at Flywire .

In this role, you’ll manage a high and increasing volume of chargeback disputes while ensuring full compliance with regulatory controls and safeguarding requirements. You’ll play a key part in protecting Flywire’s funds and reputation — working collaboratively across teams, maintaining accurate financial records, and continually improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all daily chargeback tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Record new chargebacks in our internal systems
  • Prepare and submit chargeback dispute responses in line with card scheme and regulatory rules
  • Monitor and reconcile funds movements with partners and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of chargeback fund balances
  • Investigate and resolve chargeback-related issues with payment partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and improve workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in financial operations, payments, or chargebacks is beneficial but not required
  • An undergraduate degree or interest in the financial field is what matters most
  • Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Excellent analytical , organisational , and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and effective communication skills , both verbal and written
  • Proven English fluency in a global, collaborative environment
