Reporting to thetherole involves being responsible for handling tasks related to storing, counting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. This includes packaging, receiving, shipping, and moving materials within the warehouse.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Assist the logistics coordinator with morning and afternoon shipments.
  • Handle the receiving of incoming goods and materials.
  • Organize and put away finished goods in designated storage areas.
  • Review shipping schedules to determine what can be shipped and when.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks as needed.
  • Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled for delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse.
  • Proficient in operating forklifts.
  • Familiarity with using scanners and computers.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

Reporting to thetheMaterial Planning Analystis in charge of maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.
  • May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data.
  • Collects, compiles, and presents various types of data.
  • Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
  • May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.
  • Audits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
  • Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
  • Where applicable, suggestprocess/communicationimprovements relative to metric tracking activities.
  • Tracks materials financial performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Daily review of RMA transactions.
  • Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts.
  • Receive data entry for clients.
  • Update content list and item master.
  • Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing.
  • Window to client material (consigned parts) supply.
  • Window to client bulk RMA service.
  • Specialized Job: May be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties:
  • May hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling.
  • Develop commodity spendprofiles/breaks-downs:guide time profiling, inventory positioning, and site execution to price.
  • Establish common pricing research tools.
  • Provide detailed bill of materials research by site.
  • Perform general reporting and activities for score carding of suppliers.
  • Validate site pricing through implementation of a common cost review and pricing process.
  • Assist in the supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI.
  • Provide PPV targeting, tracking and asset velocity.
  • Design, manage and control all data research tools

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 7/9+ years of related experience
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and suppliers. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Proficient in MS office applications
  • Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills. Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
  • Ability to identify problems, establishing facts and recommending solutions. Ability to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Impacts near-term (quarterly/ semi-annual) operations of the team or functional area. Enhances and provides input to functional processes. Executes functional objectives at the site.
  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Normally receives no instruction and in some cases may direct the work of others.

  • Operate a forklift truck.
  • Follow all EHS policies and procedures.
  • Perform accurate month end inventories and understand part flow in plant and where to stock it.
  • Responsible for loading all production material for the assigned production lines.

  • Has awareness of Flex techniques.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse.
