What a typical day looks like:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) counterparts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications. You will streamline and optimize global TA processes using Workday.
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and strategic goals.
  • Act as the Workday SME, overseeing system configurations and security and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements by the deliverables of the site business/customer's requirements.
  • Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals.
  • Support project management during planning and execution that is relevant to the project's scale.
  • Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, consistent with all software development lifecycle phases.
  • Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams
  • Use various technical and functional tools to analyze complex structures and identify patterns to provide impactful insights.
  • Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues and troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Proven experience as Business Analyst working on Workday HCM solutions or equivalent position with strong preference for Workday Recruiting module.
  • Experience with gathering requirements, conducting testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience leading initiatives. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Inventory Control Analyst

Shift: 7:00am – 4:30pm Mon - Fri

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores.
  • Retrieves and researches information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system.
  • Liaises with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required.
  • Carries out direct cycle count activities on site and coordinates count staff to ensure count schedules are maintained.
  • Assists in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and hold up for implementation.
  • Oversees and performs regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company's best practices and external required standards.
  • Produces statistical management information and key performance indicators measuring inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer.
  • Monitors procedural compliance; holds up implementation of new procedures in conjunction with management and operations.
  • Liaises with internal and external customers and deals with requests and issues.
  • Research excess inventory by customer and makes recommendations for reducing excess and obsolete material including coordination of movement of excess material back to the customer.
  • Negotiates sales price and coordinates the sale of excess material.
  • Provides escalation point to inventory management in relation to unresolved issues.
  • Maintains metrics acknowledge to site or corporate requirements and produces reports as needed.

Here is some of what you’ll need:

  • 2+ year of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
  • Experience Microsoft Office Proficiency in Excel (Data analysis) and Power Point presentation
  • 2+ year of experience using any Warehouse Management system Software. (Atlas 2 & Baan)
  • Experience on analyzing data and provide guidance to management for effective decision making.
  • License to operate Forklifts (Cherry Picker Lift, etc)

  • Audits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
  • Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and suppliers. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Proficient in MS office applications

  • Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
  • Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs
  • Identify, Drive and Yokoten Best practices-based Kaizen projects on the accord timelines
  • Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by guiding and facilitating Continues Improvement Lean Deployment.
  • Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker (CIMT) Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps.
