What a typical day looks like:

  • Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores
  • Retrieves and researches information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system.
  • Liaises with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required.
  • Assists in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and hold up for implementation.
  • Oversees and performs regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company’s best practices and external required standards.
  • Produces statistical management information and key performance indicators measuring inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer.
  • Monitors procedural compliance; holds up implementation of new procedures in conjunction with management and operations.
  • Liaises with internal and external customers and deals with requests and issues.
  • Researches excess inventory by customer and makes recommendations for reducing excess and obsolete material including coordination of movement of excess material back to the customer
  • Negotiates sales price and coordinates the sale of excess material.
  • Provides escalation point to inventory management in relation to unresolved issues.
  • Maintains metrics acknowledge to site or corporate requirements and produces reports as needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with MRP systems or related field.
  • Advanced English
  • Good office skills: data entry, office software to include, word, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
  • Ability to read, research and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
  • Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost.
  • Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
  • Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
  • Holds up Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
  • Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
  • Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
  • Lead or support key regulatory projects including ISO 13485 and FDA regulation
  • Lead of Internal and External Audits
  • Mantain and improve TJ Site Quality procedures
  • Strong Background on CAPA Management, Root Cause Analysis Tools
  • Serve as a Deputy of the Director as appropiate
  • Lead and Drive improvements across the site to mitigate any risk
  • Education and experience requirements

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience..
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
  • Experience leading audits (ISO, FDA)
  • Ceritfied ISO 13485 Auditor (MUST)
  • Desirable ASQ Certiffied
  • Advanced English (written, spoken)
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Monitors, reports and coordinates any troubleshooting of accounts receivables (AR)
  • Open Order maintenance (internal & external)
  • Coordinate and schedule product delivery with Flex logistics and customer
  • Invoice process. This contains product shipped, NREs, Claims, etc.
  • OTD management
  • Responsible to manage claims through CMT tool and recover the charges not covered by the quote as NREs, ECO, and miscellaneous requirements.
  • Responsible and accountable to maintain price book in Baan.
  • Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes,etc.)
  • Participate on continuous improvement projects to increase profitability. (Operations, PM, Materials, etc.)
  • Accountable of the correct function of the CFT
  • Monitors the actions generated by the opportunities or needs of the project to comply with the customer metrics and/or internal
  • Coordinates and/or escalates the resolution of operation problems where any of its projects does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established.
  • Coordinates with the CFT the data collection for quotes or requotes for existing customers or projects
  • Escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
