What a typical day looks like:


• Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Virtual management through the CFT members to make sure that the account is running Successfully
• Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.
• Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.

• Good understanding on Office Automation or automation through Excel will be added advantage.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Schedule employee onboarding processes. Plan new employee orientation by utilizing HR resources such as the HR portal to enable a seamless onboarding experience allowing insight to the Flex goals and culture.
  • Ensure the consistent treatment of employees and the consistent application of Flex policies and procedures.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation. Conduct exit interviews to provide insight into voluntary separation decisions.
  • Administers and promote employee recognition programs.
  • Partner with corporate HR COE teams to cascade communications approved by them to ensure all employee levels receive the information on various corporate programs, policies and initiatives.
  • Be an employee advocate and assist with any workplace concerns or HR related programs.
  • Provide employees guidance and resources to allow them to easily contact the GBS HR Help Desk.
  • Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.
  • Partner with Local Leader to effectively design and implement local HR initiative to support the group
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in current employment laws and practices.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and HRprograms.
  • Interface with site Management, regional HR and CorporateHR.
  • Partner with hiring managers across different business units in multiple locations in region for full life cycle
  • Be responsible for managing allrequisitions.
  • Design and implement an efficient recruitment strategy forsite
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivatedworkforce


The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Postgraduate in HR minimum of (5 -8) years of Human Resources or related experience.
  • Should have experience in managing employee data, payroll, performance management, employee attendance, statutory management from manufacturing industry.
  • Should have experience in handling contract labor management.
  • Should have experience in Training & Development, Employee Engagement and Retention programs
  • Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization accompanied with cultural sensitivity.
  • Sound judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change.
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence with credibility.
  • Ability to put the interest of the company above the interest of segments or individuals.
  • Strong planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills. Strong process orientation.
