Our Frontline Support Team operates on a 24/7 basis 365 days out of the year, including all major holidays which are paid overtime. Each frontline team member is assigned to a 5x8 schedule including one weekend day (5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. For Eg: Wednesday-Sunday or Sunday-Thursday etc. ) determined through a requirement and seniority-based shift bid process.

• Owning problems through to resolution using all available resources at your disposal.
• Provide real-time support using Slack and remote troubleshooting during US time zone (US East and US West)
• Deliver best-in-class technical support for Fireblocks's SaaS platform.
• Escalate technical issues to the Senior Support Team as required.
• Collaborate with the Senior Support team during outage situations and participate in war room calls.
• Adoption and adherence to business processes and policies.
• Since the Frontline Support team is our first line of defense, The expectation is to handle customer queries and escalations professionally with meticulous case management and documentation.

• At least 1-2 years experience as a Technical Support Engineer (or a similar role)
• Ability to work under high pressure and troubleshoot with effective time management
• Work ethics/ability to work unorthodox hours in case needed
• API implementation and debugging
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Prior experience supporting SaaS-based products or relevant experience in financial services, technology, and/or technical support
• Knowledge of Databases, Kibana, Grafana, OpenSearch, Scripting (Python/Perl/Bash/Javascript) or LogStash
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms utilized by public blockchain networks (e.g., elliptic curve, symmetric and public key cryptography, hashing, and other cryptography-related topics)

As a Sales Engineer at Fireblocks in the US, you will take full ownership and responsibility for your designated projects and clients, from the product sales demonstration up to the preparation of client onboarding. You will be expected to understand the competitive landscape and how other competing solutions and platforms operate, be a gatekeeper to the internal engineering groups, assist with POC setup and testing, give demos on all advanced features related to API, handle tier 1-3 knowledge transfer to customers, coordinate workshops, assist in customer onboarding, handle RFPs and more.

You’ll be:

• Working within a supportive Americas-wide Sales Engineering team of highly motivated self-starters
• Supporting the Sales team through the entire client sales cycle from qualification to client onboarding
• Tailoring each demo to match the unique requirements of the customer to show how Fireblocks can support their Digital Asset goals
• Delivering in-depth technical presentations to C-level executives and cybersecurity professionals regularly
• Collaborate internally with Account Managers, Sales Directors and Product Managers
• Translating technical knowledge and terminology to non-technical audiences
• Managing multiple projects and preparing RFx responses simultaneously, each with its bespoke requirements

Working closely with R&D, you'll design and implement solutions to support the high-throughput needs of our platform. • Own the production infrastructure over AWS and Azure. Implement sustainable and scalable solutions with goals of improving availability and performance
• Help Identify root causes for every incident and prevent incidents from ever happening again
• Have alerts on symptoms and not on outages. Ensure all infrastructure and application alerts are “actionable” alerts and/or self-healing automation
• Work closely with the R&D and Support: offering education and guidance on integration, support, and monitoring across the toolset

• At least 3+ years of experience with Alerting & Monitoring systems such as DataDog Splunk / New Relic / Prometheus, or similar
• Experience working with Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond
• Cloud systems such as AWS / Google cloud / Azure
• Configuration management such as Ansible/Chef/Puppet
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
• SCM - Git/bitbucket/gitlab/Phabricator/gerrit
• High Analytical & Troubleshooting skills - ability to solve complex problems

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $132,000 to $174,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

• Endpoint Management: Proven experience with Mac and Linux endpoint management.
• Networking: Strong skills in operating and troubleshooting network environments.
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with managing cloud environments, particularly AWS & Azure, including operational automation, access policies, scaling, and security.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash for process automation, as well as experience with automation tools such as Torq and Workato - advantage.
• Security Practices: Knowledge of security standards and best practices, including permissions management, endpoint protection, and security policy implementation - advantage.
• Project & Task Management: Experience with managing and prioritizing multipleITprojects simultaneously - advantage.
