What You'll Do
  • Own, implement, and manage Fireblocks’ people systems, processes, web portals and analytics.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records across all people systems, serving as the central source of information for the People team.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Administer the background check process end-to-end, including proactive follow-ups with employees to ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
  • Act as the AI champion within the team by researching and recommending tools that enhance the efficiency and productivity of the team.
  • Collaborate regularly with employees, managers, and other members of the People team to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Generate purchase orders and invoices related to Total Rewards and People Operations.
  • Develop expertise in Total Rewards functions and assist with related tasks as needed.
  • Spearhead and lead cross functional People team initiatives and projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the People team as requested.
  • Serve as a back-up to the Total Rewards Associate when necessary.
What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or people-facing roles.
  • Must have had at least 1 year of admin level experience on HiBob.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • High proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, MS Excel, and JIRA.
  • A strong willingness to learn, with a drive to improve and enhance the Total Rewards and People Operations function.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively track and manage progress on various tasks.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Lattice, Pave, and Greenhouse is a plus.

  • Support and Troubleshooting : Provide IT support, including diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.

What You Will Do

  • Own, manage, and continuously improve the company’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, making sure it is both aligned with expected security standards and best practices, and meets business requirements and SLAs.
  • Own, manage, and continuously improve the company’s security awareness program, making sure its scope, content, cadence and overall performance are always aligned with the latest and most relevant expectations, while also well received and relevant to the business.
  • Manage ongoing operations within the GRC team including project management and tracking, financial planning and reporting, annual and periodic planning, and more.
  • Drive ongoing GRC efficiency through innovation, automation, data-driven decision making research and exploration.
  • Support and contribute to ongoing GRC operations such as internal and external audits, risk assessments, certification processes, policy management, business continuity program and more.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or GRC.
  • Proven experience in cyber or IT or third party risk management.
  • Proven experience in the security awareness domain, including development and implementation of security training programs and their testing (phishing, vishing, social engineering etc.).
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices, regulations, frameworks, standards and certifications such as SOC 2, ISO, NIST, CIS, DORA, GDPR, etc.
  • Visionary and innovation-driven, capable of implementing security and compliance programs in complex, fast-paced organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with GRC software and utilities such as compliance management, policy management, risk management, vendor management, awareness, training and phishing simulation platforms, etc.
  • Background in the financial/digital assets sector.
  • Good technological understanding and familiarity with product development practices.
