Description:
Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented marketer to take on the role of Channel Marketing Executive for the Northern Europe region. This exciting and important role will be responsible for driving our retail channel marketing execution and coordinating retail channel activities for Meta Quest and Wearables in UK and Benelux markets. The role will report into the Northern Europe Channel Marketing Lead in London.
Retail Channel Marketing Executive - UK Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of all marketing budgets & tactics, track key metrics, improve efficiencies through the marketing mix
  • Create retail marketing programs to drive sales of Meta hardware products such as bundles, promotions and content offers
  • Work with our retail partners for approval on fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
  • Manage and implement campaigns and activities across retailers
  • Coordinate marketing brand assets with our creative team, executing/delivering those brand assets to our retail partners
  • Measure and optimize marketing programs (physical and digital) to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals e.g. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)
  • Track marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  • Build and manage a calendar of activity, gathering input from key stakeholder teams
  • Provide analysis of the UK retail landscape trends and themes, competitors, and other relevant information to support development of marketing strategies and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business and/or Marketing related field
  • Experience in retail marketing or a related field working within Consumer Electronics
  • Experience working directly with retailers on hardware sales and agency teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the Northern Europe tech retailer landscape with experience working with Currys, Very, Argos, Amazon, Mediamarkt, Coolblue or similar
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to clearly convey complex ideas in a concise manner
  • Experience in conducting analysis of marketing programs
  • Experience working in a cross functional and fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
  • A second European language is beneficial

Description:
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving market requirements and go-to-market plans for Meta’s solutions across our advertiser interfaces for all advertisers using our platform. This includes assessing market needs, conducting research to influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, owning go-to-market strategy and identifying opportunities to improve existing products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects with ambiguity.
Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • Support market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, to help represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
  • Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects across Meta that build new innovative solutions for advertisers/marketers to ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs
  • Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions by contributing to cross-functional work to develop client communications, product documentation, and positioning
  • Contribute to successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and partnerships teams to help craft effective messaging for a variety of audiences and internal go-to-market teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and enrolling the necessary leadership support to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
  • Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Communication experience that is effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches)
  • Experience with go-to-market for products with global reach end-to-end, including sales enablement and authoring positioning/narrative
  • Experience in the advertising/marketing space with online media related products
