Sales Operations Specialist responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, basic project management, quoting, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving, tracking and reporting, sales support, training, and other assigned activities.
What You’ll Do:Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
Validate and close the order processing of Purchase Orders
Act as liaison between Field Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and Accounting.
Monitor and maintain assigned program(s).
Provide communication and education on current processes and best practices.
Answer pre and post sales questions from partners and F5 sales teams.
Research inquiries and assist internal and external customers.
Coordinating expedite requests.
Ensure the integrity of the SalesForce data.
Identifies process improvements to support business operations
Performs other related duties as assigned.
BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Some relevant experience in a related role such as Sales Support or Credit Control would be preferred
Previously worked in a high-tech environment is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must be detailed oriented with a proven ability to multi-task
Effective communication, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross functional teams and departments
Must be a self-starter and effective time manager
Passion for customer experience and exceeding expectations
Understanding or knowledge of sales processes, order administration processes, etc.
Basic Project Management
Strong interest in identifying process improvement opportunities that support the key business operations
Experience with SFDC and Oracle
Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision

Handle a variety of People transactions (e.g.,onboarding/offboarding,job changes, leaves) with accuracy and compliance; prepare audit documentation and support ER case documentation as needed.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support program rollouts (e.g., engagement surveys, compensation changes, headcount planning) and ensure operational readiness, communications, and feedback loops.
Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and regional Operations to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle events and a frictionless employee experience.
Operate and improve ServiceNow HRSD cases, catalogs, and workflows; support Virtual Agent and Now Mobile adoption to reduce friction and improve time-to-resolution.
Curate, standardize, and localize knowledge articles; maintain governance (ownership, review cycles), and optimizetaxonomy/searchabilityto increase self-service.
Collaborate on Workday–ServiceNow integration improvements and process changes; validate scenarios and document SOPs and global standards while managing necessary localizations.
Use service analytics and dashboards to monitor intake mix, SLAs, backlog health, and adoption; conduct root-cause and trend analysis and recommend improvements with clear success measures.
Create simple how-to guides, and quick-reference content; provide enablement (office hours or micro-training) and iterate based on employee feedback.
Uphold data privacy, security, and audit readiness; ensure process controls and evidence are in place.
Works independently with minimal supervision; proactively takes on complex work and uses sound judgment and interpretation to choose the right course of action; seeks review at critical points.
