MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field and 4 years of consulting work experience.Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of any of the following:
- Experience in Modern EPM solutions landscape in Anaplan, Certified Model Builder, Masteranaplanner, or similar;
- Experience in one or a combination of any of the following: Oracle EPM, Oracle FCCS, and/or Oracle HFM; and/or
- Experience in one or a combination of any of the following: Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, and/or Tagetik.Must have 4 years of experience in providing complex consultative services in at least 3 of the following focus areas:
- Master data management;
- Planning and budgeting;
- Forecasting; or
- BI reporting.Must have 4 years of experience in providing consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of business applications for Enterprise Performance Management, including one or a combination of any of the following:
- Planning and Budgeting;
- Financial Close;
- Consolidations and Reporting;
- Metric Definition and Scorecard Design; and/or
- EPM Technology Implementation.Must have 1 year of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.Must have 2 years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Your key responsibilities
Skills and attributes for success
On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related work experience
At least 3 years of experience working with one or more SAP module:
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience
SAP Certification/s
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
