Job purpose

As a member of staff within the transfer pricing team, you'll thoroughly and accurately analyze information and apply economic/finance knowledge to client situations, assisting in the preparation of effective approaches to clients' economic circumstances and arriving at logical conclusions. You'll also assist in the delivery of transfer pricing and economic services through timely and responsive services/work products. In addition, you'll prepare documentation, participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs) and assist in defending transfer pricing in audits. You'll also help to develop practical planning solutions. You'll be expected to maintain a high quality of work and to contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Your key responsibilities

As part of the EY Americas Data Protection (Confidentiality, Data Privacy) function, you will maintain visibility over and perform data protection due diligence activities around business processes and processing activities (i.e., Activity Privacy Impact Assessments (APIAs)).     • Developing and maintaining EY confidential and personal information inventory, in partnership with EY internal functions and service lines, to understand types of information that require protection and to fulfil data protection regulatory requirements (e.g., Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)).

  • Participates in various ad-hoc Data Protection and Privacy projects, as needs develop.

To qualify for the role, you must have

IT Analyst, Technology Consulting, Alliances & Platforms, (Policy/Billing - Mobile) - Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1625822), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA.

Help insurance clients address business problems with software solutions. Analyze business requirements and devise suitable technology architecture, infrastructure design, vendor technology, and implementation plans. Focus on implementing digital channel solutions using technical capabilities. Design or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 4 years of work experience defining business and technical requirements.Must have 3 years of experience with at least 3 of the following software development capabilities:

- Working with Web-based technologies
- Developing Hybrid Mobile applications
- Developing web applications using AngularJS, jQuery, Guidewire Portal, or HTML5
- Mobile Middleware/ MBaaS
- Development on iOS and -or Android platforms
- Web analytics and testing.Must have 3 years of experience working with a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing.Must have 4 years of experience defining business and technical requirements that includes a combination of all of the following:

- IT process reengineering
- Systems and vendor selection
- System Integration
- Proof of concept
- Program/project management and implementation planning (PMO).

Must have 3 years of experience researching client inquiries and emerging technical issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

Job purpose

As a member of staff within the transfer pricing team, you'll thoroughly and accurately analyze information and apply economic/finance knowledge to client situations, assisting in the preparation of effective approaches to clients' economic circumstances and arriving at logical conclusions. You'll also assist in the delivery of transfer pricing and economic services through timely and responsive services/work products. In addition, you'll prepare documentation, participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs) and assist in defending transfer pricing in audits. You'll also help to develop practical planning solutions. You'll be expected to maintain a high quality of work and to contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Client responsibilities

  • Participate in transfer pricing engagements
  • Align tax planning objectives with business operations
  • Identify future paths to deal with potential transfer pricing controversy
  • Address the tax implications of supply chain restructuring
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
  • Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services

People responsibilities

  • Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining transfer pricing professionals
  • Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Technical skills requirements

  • Fresh Graduate (Bachelor or Master degree) with limited working experience majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business from a reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.20 out of 4.00
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Solid research and analytical skills
  • Work well in team environment and/or independently
  • Highly motivated and strong eagerness to learn
