The team support clients’ cross-border transactions assess their international tax strategies and provide a range of services supporting clients through the transfer pricing life cycle. As a manager you will manage small delivery teams, advising clients on cyber due diligence. You will analyse company data (often with limited access), conduct outside-in research, and evaluate whether cyber risk will have an impact on a potential investment or divestment. • Experience in supporting sales and business development processes for professional services projects in a large-scale consulting environment.

• Ability to design a roadmap to optimise performance often with financial/budgetary limitations.

• Work as part of a delivery team on complex Data Transformation programs, primarily leading on data architecture and data modelling, with additional roles likely to include leading on business analysis, data strategy and solution design

• Lead Data Modelling Activities: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for core insurance domains (e.g., Policy, Premiums, Claims, Risk, Bordereaux) aligned to Lloyd’s CDR and Accord data standards.
• Blueprint Two Alignment: Interpret Lloyd’s CDR specifications to design data structures that support consistent capture, storage, and exchange of data across the insurance value chain.

To qualify for the role you must have some or all of the following:

• Proven experience in data modelling within London Market Commercial and Specialty Insurance markets. Strong understanding of Lloyd’s market operations, London Market processes, Core Data Record specifications.
• Expertise in building conceptual, logical, and physical data models for core insurance entities and processes.
• Understanding of different Data Modelling approaches – i.e. relational data model, 3rd normal form, Dimensional data model, Star /Snowflake Schema, Data Vault etc.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing design concepts (e.g. Inmon & Kimbal style of data architectures.
