As part of our team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation - helping clients unlock value from digital enablement with strong focus on AI. You will support clients with strategic advice around digital and AI enablement, incorporating AI as an important value lever in business transformations but also guiding investors around potential disruption risks and value creation opportunities for their assets.

As a Senior Consultant you will be an integral part of our team, managing workstreams or full projects within digital and AI strategy, value creation or M&A tech assessments. You will be also responsible for driving go-to-market efforts around specific sectors, incl. sales initiatives, development of discussion materials and proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Leading digital and AI projects, including (but not limited to) digital and AI strategy, roadmap development, value creation, and operating model design, commercial and tech assessments in the M&A context
• Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with colleagues across the organization
• Supporting digital and AI initiatives and go-to-market for specific sectors (core focus on TMT, industrials, consumer and financial services)
• Collaborating across EY service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation

Skills and attributes for success

• 4+ years of experience developing and executing IT strategies or leading large-scale technology transformation programs

Your key responsibilities

• Advising our service lines on commercial and legal matters throughout the contract cycle.
• Clarifying legal issues, especially in the area of contract and corporate law.
• Supporting the drafting and review of contracts, offers and tenders.
• Drafting and reviewing framework agreements, subcontractor agreements, procurement agreements, and cooperation agreements.
• Leading negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Supporting on other areas of law, such as data protection, legal tech, employment law or internal investigations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for national and international clients and colleagues regarding direct tax accounting issues.
• Lead tax audits for international groups and single legal entities in Switzerland, working closely with the assurance team to ensure high-quality audits.
