Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development: Design, build, and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents) for diverse use cases
Model Deployment & MLOps: Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
Performance Monitoring: Help implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long-term reliability and fairness
Code Quality & Reusability: Write clean, modular, and production-grade code; contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements
•: Participate in the rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value


Requirements
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, RAG systems and AI Agents
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices
• Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model monitoring
• Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems using AI technologies
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is preferred, especially in business or consulting contexts

Your key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients, focusing on Agentic AI, intelligent automation, AI enablement, data engineering, and scalable application development.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial industry standards.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including preparing client proposals and supporting internal strategic initiatives.

What we look for

  • MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or asset management, either in-house or as a consultant.
  • Interest and experience in AI domains such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with programming paradigms such as object-oriented and functional programming, as well as data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

Qualification and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation or any related essential fields.
