As part of our Risk Consulting Team, you will advise companies across various industries outside the financial services sector on how to build confidence in successful large transformation programs. We advise and support our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with their programs and assist them in making the right decision through continuous program risk management.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support our team with assessing the performance of our clients’ transformation programs across all aspects of the transformation including Program Management (e.g. Scope, time and cost management, Governance effectiveness), Business processes (e.g. process design and implementation, internal controls, compliance and regulatory) and Technology (e.g. Data management, User Access Management, Segregation of Duties, Test management, Cybersecurity, Interface management).

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems
  • First professional experience in IT Project Management/Project Management, (IT) Risk management, IT Internal Audit (i.e. Program Audit)
  • Strong interest in Technology and willingness to learn and develop your skillset in technical IT areas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with senior executives and operational teams.
