Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in finance transformation projects focused on EPM solutions (consolidation, planning, budgeting & forecasting, reporting and disclosure, among others).
  • Design and develop dashboards and analytical models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Work with large volumes of financial and operational data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Automate reporting and financial analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (audit, consulting, technology) to embed analytics into performance improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous innovation of the FAAS team by proposing new analytical and technological approaches.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or EPM implementation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Advanced Excel and solid knowledge of SQL; Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience with EPM tools such as SAP BPC/BFC, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

  • Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately address risk.
  • Direct field work, manage engagement economics and inform supervisors of the audit engagement status.
  • Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
  • Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to assurance staff.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year.
