As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals to create and refine business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. You will ensure that our ServiceNow platform is effectively customized to fit the unique needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Work with IT and business units to analyze and understand requirements to develop technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Implement new functionality and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain documentation on application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows.

To qualify for the role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good knowledge of web technologies.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SMO for multi-country clients and implementations.
• Support the engagement team with the global MCPO delivery of multiple clients and all client escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of payroll services.

As part of our Consulting Enterprise Risk Process and Controls team you will participate client engagements related to Internal Audit, Process Compliance and Reviews, SOX 404 Reviews, Development of Standard Operating Procedures manuals & Enterprise Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and systems, including Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness
• Conduct process and control walkthroughs with the client including documentation
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan as defined by the client, as well as advising on ad hoc audits as required

Your key responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to help position EY for growth within the Oil and Gas sector in a rapidly changing market.
