Tus principales funciones

Como Project Manager en Ciberseguridad , tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos de ciberseguridad de distinta naturaleza (SOC, IAM, gestión de vulnerabilidades, cloud security, compliance, etc.).
  • Definir y coordinar planes de proyecto , incluyendo alcance, cronograma, recursos, riesgos y presupuesto.

  • Coordinar equipos técnicos y funcionales (internos y externos), garantizando la correcta ejecución de actividades.
  • Gestionar la comunicación con stakeholders y elaborar reportes ejecutivos y operativos.
  • Identificar, gestionar y mitigar riesgos del proyecto .
  • Dar soporte en la gestión contractual y administrativa de los proyectos (control de hitos, facturación, etc.).
  • Fomentar la mejora continua en metodologías, procesos y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de proyectos de ciberseguridad o TI .
  • Conocimientos en dominios de ciberseguridad: SOC, SIEM, SOAR, IAM, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, etc.
  • Experiencia en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, híbridas).
  • Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Capacidad de interlocución con clientes en entornos corporativos complejos .
  • Nivel alto de inglés (oral y escrito).

Se valorará adicionalmente:

  • Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos ( PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe ).
  • Certificaciones en ciberseguridad ( CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor ).
