As part of the CFO Advisory Services team within Assurance, you will support clients in navigating today’s complex financial reporting environment. • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including process optimization and quality enhancement of external reporting.
• Provide guidance on accounting policy changes, GAAP conversions, and the implementation of new standards, including the development of technical accounting memorandum.
• Support clients in the development of analytical tools and financial models to improve decision-making, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Assist in the transformation of finance functions, helping clients optimize financial processes and reporting structures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and control.
• Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the firm’s methodologies, professional standards, and local legal/regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of key financial accounting principles under IFRS, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical client scenarios.

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, audit, or industry roles related to finance and accounting.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, with proven experience in technical accounting analysis and application.
• Prior exposure to consolidation, GAAP conversions, or finance transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/EPM tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Lead and oversee IT audit projects, including audits of IT General Controls, regulatory and group IT audits, client-requested IT reviews, IT Due Diligence, and third-party assurance engagements such as SOC reporting.

Preparing the best practice paper related to experience of an EU Member State regarding changes in the Customs administration’s organizational structure in relation to the implementation of the AIS, AES, CDS and subsystems / Conducting interviews and workshops with the CAS representatives / Participating in the preparation of a Recommendation of the changes in CAS organization to facilitate the implementation of AIS, AES and CDS and the subsystems.

Prepare the best practice paper;

Participate in the preparation of the Recommendations for structure of the CAS organization changes based on the implementation of the AIS, AES, CDS and subsystems;

Organise and hold workshops related to the experience of other EU Member States and their best practice in the area of organisational structure changes related to the implementation of AES, AIS, CDS and subsystems.

• Assist in execution of consulting projects for financial institutions (mainly banks) and take initiative and ownership of the tasks
• Assist in delivering customized solutions to our clients to fulfil regulatory and business requirements

• Strong academic background: BSc/MSc in Economics, Finance, Business, Management or related fields

• Preferable experience in risk management (credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, IRRBB and/or operational risk), ALM or internal audit
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Job description

• Perform various types of testing, including, but not limited to: functional, non-functional, e2e, integration, API, UI, automation, regression, and smoke testing
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases
• Identify and report bug
• Proactively suggest improvements for the best user experience on the project
• Diagnose, debug, and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QAs, and other team members to ensure quality and efficiency

Position requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Information systems (or equivalent)
• Over 3 years of experience in manual testing
• More than 2 years of experience in automation testing
• Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Java, C#, or JavaScript
• Skilled in using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or WebDriverIO
• Experienced in using SQL for database testing
• Proficient in using Postman for API testing
• Experienced in working within an Agile Scrum development team
• Mobile app testing (desirable but not necessary)
