MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related experience working as an IT auditor or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry.
Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations or a related field and 4 years of related experience working as an IT auditor or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry.
Must have 3 years of work experience applying relevant IT audit skills in audit engagements as a Financial Audit IT integration leader on own engagement.
Must have 3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity focused on financial audit IT in public company audits.
Must have 3 years of experience supervising audit professionals performing the IT portion of the audit (IT general controls, ERP, application knowledge, system implementation, audit knowledge, and similar).
Must have 3 years of experience supervising the integration with the financial audit team on application controls, IPE, and IT dependent manual controls.
Must be eligible to obtain CPA, CA, CISA, CIPP, CGEIT, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CIPT, CRISC, CMA and/or relevant certification within one year of hire.

As part of our AI & Data team of the Technology Consulting practice, you will be working with multi-disciplinary teams to support clients in a wide range of AI, GenAI and Multi-Agent initiatives, aiming to generate and present new, useful and actionable insights. You will have the opportunity to work and take responsibilities in challenging engagements, gaining exposure to clients in various sectors both in Romania and abroad.
Your key responsibilities
• Design and develop AI algorithms, models, and systems using tools like PyTorch and TensorFlow for real-world applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI solutions.

• Experience and understanding of core Deep Learning & Generative AI architectures and technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience working with many or all of the following technologies/tools: Generative AI, Transformers, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs) as GPT variants or open source models like LLaMA, Image generative AI systems as DALL-E, Stable Diffusion or MidJourney, Speech Transcription (e.g. open source Whisper from Meta, or enterprise tools from Microsoft, or Google, or Amazon, etc.), video generation tools like Sora, etc.
• Ability to architect solutions built on the core technologies underlying LLMs and Generative AI applications (open-source, Azure Open AI, Amazon, Anthropic, etc.)
• Required AI skills include prompt-engineering, interacting with both open-source & general-purpose AI systems, implementation of basic AI/GenAI solutions like RAG or similar.
• Finetuning or distilling LLMs or other predictive or generative AI models will be considered a plus as well knowledge of programming GPU-based computing infrastructure (i.e. GPU systems for training optimization) using CUDA and or the NVIDIA software stack.
• Experience working with RESTful API and general microservice-oriented architectures.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within high-performing teams.
