Description:

You will work as part of a high-performing team on a wide range of clients and tasks that will develop you professionally and challenge you. You will be encouraged and take responsibility for actions carried out with an impact on the client.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our
HUB Tax team, you will ensure the correctness of the human resources management process of the assigned clients, as part of the TAX Service Line, as follows:

  • Collect and centralize all HR admin support information
  • Prepare and draft/generate template documents existing in the software (DP Payroll) for personnel administration: individual employment contracts, addenda, decisions to suspend or terminate the activity, various types of certificates requested by employees, certificates and documents prepared at the termination of the individual employment contract, specific monitoring reports on the client, specific reports on uploading data on EY portals, specific reports for statistics/Health House/other institutions, etc.
  • Fill in and send the REVISAL/REGES employee savings register to ITM
  • Monitor legislative changes and analyze/implement their impact on the personnel administration activity
  • Prepare working documents and other documents such as: addresses, notifications, letters of commitment, etc.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Knowledge of English at intermediate or higher level
  • Confidence in using the PC (minimum office package - Word, Excel)

To qualify for the role, ideally, you’ll also have

  • A University or master's degree with a specialization in economics or psychology.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the local field of human resources/payroll (within a service outsourcing organization is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of local legislation regarding human resources/payroll
  • Knowledge of REVISAL/REGES/human resources and payroll software

Your key responsibilities

  • Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets. Your work will be for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting and disputes.
  • Take ownership for delivery of projects within each team. You will be the key person responsible for managing and preparation of valuation reports, which may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Think critically, identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel other EY project teams and colleagues

  • Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes
  • Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software preferred
  • Experience conducting valuations for accounting and or tax planning purposes is desired
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills

Our indirect tax compliance professionals support large multinational clients with their indirect tax obligations in EMEIA and globally. Dealing with the indirect tax compliance requirements is the heart of the operations but this goes hand in hand with VAT advisory, data and technology support which we provide or coordinate with our specialist teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • As a Senior Consultant, you will be working on a selection of clients where you are the “assistant VAT Controller” for the VAT/GST compliance outsourced to EY, including:
  • Act as central point of contact – liaise with your international clients and colleagues with respect to European VAT and VAT compliance
  • Monitoring, and giving feedback on, the quality of our client’s indirect tax data (using AI and other technologies) and reports of your clients
  • Review and approve indirect tax returns

  • Identify issues and opportunities to continuously improve the VAT compliance processes and our client’s data
