Your key responsibilities

• Understand and follow the architecture design prepared by the Solution Architect
• Develop and maintain chatbot solutions using Druid technology
• Collaborate with the client's IT team to integrate proposed solutions into the existing infrastructure
• Develop and optimize Druid solutions by integrating NLP and NLU technologies
• Adhere to EY delivery methodology and development standards
• Develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand solutions using the selected technology, covering activities such as connecting to databases, parsing files from multiple sources, and interacting with email or applications like ERP systems
• Responsible for the overall unit testing and integration of the scripts
• Assist in UAT activities to ensure proper resolution of reported bugs and errors
• Join project SCRUM ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and report an accurate status of the work pending and completed
• Contribute to the documentation of all technical-related deliverables required in the project delivery and hand-over activities (e.g., run guide, defects log, etc.).

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Mandatory experience with databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle)
• Experience in web development with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML
• Experience developing and implementing solutions based on Druid Technology
• Proven experience with JavaScript, API (REST/SOAP), Entities, Data Types
• A degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or another related field

• Certified in UiPath (or any other relevant automation technology) with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience

Your key responsibilities

Work Schedule

Your key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on national-level AI implementation and policy development
• Lead client workshops and training sessions on AI capabilities and implementation

• Knowledge of MLOps architecture and practices
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform's AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

• Understanding of data privacy and security requirements
• Experience in correlating similar data points to find actionable insights.
• Ability to provide explainability to business stakeholders and audience
• Proven experience in writing reports and presentations outlining business predictions or proposals based on data analysis
