  • Reconhecer possíveis questões de auditoria ou relacionamentos incomuns a partir de uma análise básica das demonstrações financeiras e comunicá-las à equipe. Documentar de forma clara e precisa a execução de procedimentos de auditoria, conforme definido pelos objetivos do trabalho, históricos de trabalhos do cliente e metodologia de auditoria planejada;
  • Questionar procedimentos utilizados no passado e tentar aprimorar as técnicas de auditoria;
  • Demonstrar profissionalismo e competência no ambiente do cliente. Manter um enfoque concentrado no cliente, ser receptivo às suas solicitações e desenvolver/manter relacionamentos de trabalho produtivos com os funcionários do cliente. Manter-se informado sobre os atuais desenvolvimentos econômicos/corporativos pertinentes aos negócios do cliente.

Your key responsibilities

This position is a leading role in managing the compliance portfolio for all global, regional, and country-based assets and systems. As a compliance consultant dedicated to the EY Service Line and function, you will be both an individual contributor capable of supporting multiple projects and lead a team of compliance specialists focused on improving the risk posture of the Service Line or function. In other words, it is not just an oversight role, but one that requires detailed understanding of the Service Line, business drivers, key risks and issues, and can help strategize on risk reduction strategies based on analysis of compliance data and trends.

You will lead a team focusing on these pillars:

  • Risk Management and Reduction: Take ownership of the Portfolio or Service Line of security risk and compliance, engaging directly with key EY leaders to reduce risks by providing insights on top risks impacting the security posture of the businesses. Engage in compliance and risk-based investment planning to mitigate these risks effectively.

  • Trend Identification and Remediation: Identify security risk trends and themes that require a comprehensive approach to remediation. Lead and spearhead these efforts, ensuring that risks are mitigated in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Proactive Security Initiatives: Proactively seeking out and identifying security risks, weaknesses, and potential vulnerabilities in systems and processes before they can be exploited and independently stand-up initiatives to address them. Improve compliance with security standards and policies though continuous improvement and innovation in security practices.

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Management: Manage the end-to-end workflow of security compliance of risk findings in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool to ensure continuity and compliance with security policies, standards and regulations.

And focus on the following responsibilities:

  • Define compliance strategies and remediation recommendations that provide pragmatic security guidance that balance business benefit and risks.

  • Develop appropriate risk treatment and mitigation options to address security risks identified during security reviews or audits.

  • Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risk terminology for the business.

  • Maintain compliance framework assessment toolkits used in testing and validation procedures.

  • Be accountable for and lead assessments for technology infrastructure, applications and third-party dependencies, aligning to regulations, best practices and corporate governance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Contribute as a Junior Java Developer in various project streams.
  • Collaborate with agile team members to meet project and client objectives.
  • Analyze requirements and translate business needs into effective designs.
  • Code, test, debug and document software applications.
  • Provide support to fellow team members.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Commercial Java programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices and/ or Web Services.
  • Good knowledge of message queues, such as Kafka and PubSub.
  • Understanding and experience with cloud solutions, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), but familiarity with Azure or AWS is fine as well.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one database engine.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control.
  • Curiosity to go beyond your own expertise and a willingness to learn new things and approaches from others.
  • A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will be part of a team.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.

Ideally you’ll also have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science or other Technical qualification
  • Some experience within a corporate IT environment in similar positions
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing BPMN 2.0 workflows using tools like Flowable, Camunda, Activiti, or jBPM.
  • Experience integrating BPM systems with other applications.
  • Practical knowledge of Maven.
  • Understanding of cloud orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. We will teach you how to use and develop these technologies if you don't have hands-on experience.

Qual será o seu papel nesse propósito?

Como uma pessoa Auditora Externa você atuará com serviços de auditoria contábil de forma consistente, reunindo equipes multidisciplinares para abordar os problemas mais complexos de nossos clientes em diversos segmentos. Usando a metodologia comprovada de auditoria global e as mais recentes ferramentas e tecnologias de auditoria de alta qualidade, assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Reconhecer possíveis questões de auditoria ou relacionamentos incomuns a partir de uma análise básica das demonstrações financeiras e comunicá-las à equipe. Documentar de forma clara e precisa a execução de procedimentos de auditoria, conforme definido pelos objetivos do trabalho, históricos de trabalhos do cliente e metodologia de auditoria planejada;
  • Questionar procedimentos utilizados no passado e tentar aprimorar as técnicas de auditoria;
  • Demonstrar profissionalismo e competência no ambiente do cliente. Manter um enfoque concentrado no cliente, ser receptivo às suas solicitações e desenvolver/manter relacionamentos de trabalho produtivos com os funcionários do cliente. Manter-se informado sobre os atuais desenvolvimentos econômicos/corporativos pertinentes aos negócios do cliente.

  • Graduação em contabilidade, administração ou economia;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Experiência profissional na área de auditoria externa;
  • Habilidades avançadas de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Forte dedicação à equipe de trabalho.

Poderá ser um diferencial, caso você tenha os seguintes requisitos:

  • CRC Ativo;
  • Conhecimento de US e BR GAAP, IFRS, CVM e SEC;
  • Conhecimento em SOX.
