Your key responsibilities

Governance and Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Program Leader through a dotted-line reporting structure
  • Participates in governance forums to report progress, escalate risks, and support strategic decision-making

Records and Information Management Expertise

  • Applies deep and proficient knowledge of RIM principles and lifecycle management, retention schedules, and disposition standards

Your key responsibilities

  • Participation in the planning, organization, coordination and reporting of audits in an international environment.
  • Close work with Engagement Executives, Engagement teams and various internal departments and other stakeholders.
  • Being the main point of contact for the Engagement Managers and advising them on all Engagement related administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support the engagement acceptance and independence process.
  • Participation in the planning of the use of digital auditing tools.
  • Accurate identifying problems, exceptions and ensuring that Engagement Managers are informed about them in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with audit teams by practicing open and honest communication.
  • Proactively reaching out to the teams soliciting feedback for the work and taking appropriate action.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Confident and outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure that work is of a consistently high standard.
  • Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, prioritize projects and follow up on routine tasks diligently.
  • Ability to communicate with leaders and peers with ease.
  • Capable of planning ahead and anticipating potential issues before they arise.
  • Some experience in a client facing role would be an asset.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • The ability to communicate very well in written and spoken German (C1 level at least) is a must.
  • Graduates with 1 – 3 years of general business experience in back-office / finance, auditing or accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Interest in business and commerciality.
  • A good accounting and German GAAP knowledge.
