Your key responsibilities

The IAM Identity Management User Acceptance Tester partners closely across the Identity Management portfolio to test Enterprise Solutions prior to release to Production. As a Senior Developer, you’ll work hands-on with the full Power Platform suite - including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio - to build impactful business applications. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Incubation Team and report directly to the Product Engineering Lead, contributing to high-visibility projects that shape the future of finance transformation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Power Platform Solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Hub, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Power BI.
  • Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Prototypes that showcase the potential of new Power Platform features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Product Incubation Team to refine requirements and conduct unit testing for POCs.
  • Translate requirementsinto viable Power Platform solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Document development processesusing best practices.

To qualify for the role you must have

We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking developer who meets the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency inCopilot technologies : Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and other AI-assisted development tools is essential to enhance solution delivery and productivity.
  • Educational background: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Power Platform expertise:Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and familiarity with AI Hub, Power Pages, Copilot Studio , and Power BI.
  • Microsoft 365 fluency: Comfortable working with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive .
  • Strong business acumen:

While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge:

  • Microsoft Certificationsrelevant to Power Platform development.
  • A solid understanding of integration technologies , including APIs and communication protocols.
  • Basic finance knowledge to better align technical solutions with business processes.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with SAP , enhancing your ability to work within enterprise finance environments.
