The Campaign Manager is expected to spearhead and oversee campaign operations, from planning to completion. Your key responsibilities
• Campaign management: Combine knowledge of project management, marketing tactics, the EY business and our customer base in order to create and maintain project plans for BMC’s most critical multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g. client deliverables, ads, social media, etc.) along with other thematic and social media campaigns.
• Set up project and governance structure: Determine available time, budget, and resources for each program, and track its status, in order to help your team meet deadlines and achieve their set goals.
• Manage and drive resources: Extensively involve in campaign delivery (Global Delivery Services, third-party vendors, etc.) to achieve desired results.
• Social media: Collaborate with the design team on social media advertising artwork to ensure that it is compelling and meets brand standards, communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status, post on social media through a unified platform and report on campaign performance.
• Web presence: Update web pages and promotional spots using our content management system and track performance.
• Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies/ functions (Business development, Markets, Talent, Finance, etc.). Conduct and drive regular team meetings, present progress reports, and analyze the results of completed campaigns.
• Budgeting: Manage overall and campaign specific budgets, including organizing invoicing, tracking spends in Excel and advising on any deviations from plan.
• Campaign optimization and reporting: Support and advance continuous Ad campaign optimization efforts including analyzing campaign results, gleaning insights for future testing. Create status overview and performance reporting for BMC programs and projects for various executive stakeholders.
• Ad hoc request management/execution: Support the BMC team in other administrative tasks related to programs.


To qualify for the role, you must have
• Graduate – Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, communications or related field preferred
• Campaign management skills and knowledge, hands-on marketing experience, organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.
• Manage multiple campaigns/programs/digital channels under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organisation’s pattern of communication and our client’s motivation
• 12 -15 years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries
• 10 years’ experience in end-to-end campaign management via multiple channels, from managing business requirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
• High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, including Excel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
• Experience: Over 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects.


• Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
• Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
