Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As an experienced Senior Consultant you will participate in IT implementation & rollout programs. The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement within international work environment. You will work closely with our clients focusing upon helping companies to address their most strategic technology challenges, whether they are buying or selling a business. This will not only sharpen your strategic thinking and analytical skills, but also provide additional international experience, learning a multitude of sectors(e.g. life science, consumer products and retail, industrial products, etc.) and functional knowledge(e.g. finance, supply chain, HR, IT, legal, etc.).

As an Transactional Technology Senior Consultant you will be part of multi-disciplinary project teams, and:

  • You will support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions, and you’ll use your IT sector knowledge and work on projects pre deal and post deal and managing relationships with client stakeholders
  • You’ll lead the development of technology strategy, direction and roadmap, architectures, solution-oriented, demonstration and enablement in alignment with the clients’ overall IT architecture
  • You will manage projects and on day-to-day solve problems together with our team and assist in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations
  • Independently perform primary and secondary research including data gathering, interviews, and surveys, and planning and developing analytics, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Developing ‘the story’ – the output to narrate the solution to the client’s problem – including written output (slides)

As a manager, you will participate in IT carveout or Integration programs. The role requires the ability to adapt to different responsibilities depending on the size and scope of an engagement within an international work environment. As part of the team, you will allow our clients and their legal counsel to make informed, strategic decisions, by providing them with Digital Forensic, eDiscovery- and (Cyber) Incident & Privacy Response related services.

You will have a (technical) contribution to F&IS client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be actively participating as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress while deepening your subject matter knowledge and developing valuable insights. You will assist in performing (forensic) analysis and preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

Job requirements– Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of (Forensic) information technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Business IT, Computer Science or any another relevant study in this field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in an (forensic) IT environment, preferably including programming and relational database design and management.
  • Experience with computer forensics applications such as EnCase, FTK, Magnet Axiom or HELIX.
  • Experience with document review platforms including Relativity, NUIX, Reveal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an inquisitive mindset, high level of attention for detail and an affinity with (forensic) IT.
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
