1. Digital Strategy Development
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, benchmarks, and insights relevant to client's digital initiatives.

Support the development of stakeholder presentations, reports, and workshop materials to communicate key recommendations.
2. Digital Transformation Implementation
Provide structured support in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects.
Identify opportunities for process re-engineering, innovation, and technology adoption within public sector organisations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct analyses, and contribute to solutioning and implementation plans.
3. Project Management Office (PMO) Support
Assist in project planning, resource management, and milestone tracking for digital strategy and transformation engagements.
Monitor project performance and risks, supporting mitigation planning and status reporting.
Drive coordination among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong working relationships with clients.
Support and participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, capturing insights and ensuring alignment with project goals.
