• As part of the Luxembourg International Tax group, you will provide Tax expertise to our financial services clients whilst offering a multidisciplinary approach to our clients. You will advise on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities. You will work on tax and strategic transaction advice in particular for our financial services clients and will provide tax structuring advice (Luxembourg and cross border).
• You will contribute to the pre and post completion Tax planning, International Tax due diligence and will review sales and purchase documentation from a Tax perspective. You will manage and develop relationships with portfolio companies highlighting Tax planning opportunities and will analyze potential acquisitions and make recommendations accordingly.
• You will manage client service teams and contribute to people development.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities, while assisting in further development of our technology risk competencies around Digitak Risk and/or Operational Resilience
• Assist in developing “Go To Market” strategies
• Provide guidance, share knowledge and manage team members while participating in solving our client’s most complex questions related to IT Risk Management, both from a strategic and operational point of view.
• Engage with clients to assess and improve their IT GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, compliance audits, and gap analyses for clients across various industries.
• Design and implement IT GRC solutions that align with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on IT governance, risk management, compliance strategies, and preferably Third-Party Risk Management
• Manage operationally multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology that may impact clients' GRC strategies.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ISO27001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, or CISSP is preferred (not mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT GRC, with a focus on consulting or advisory services.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • IT Risk Management/Transformation
  • IT Governance
  • Operational Resilience
  • Third-Party Risk Management
  • GRC Tooling
  • Data risk
• Knowledge and experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow, AuditBoard, etc are a plus
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services to clients.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and risk management methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, CSSF Circulars, etc.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Native French or Luxembourgish speaker, with an excellent knowledge of business English.

• Lead audits of Private Equity and Real Estate funds and structures , including SPVs, partnerships, and regulated entities under Lux GAAP and IFRS.
• Review and validate NAV calculations, fair value measurements, and portfolio valuations in line with industry standards.

Skills and attributes for success

• University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Audit, Accounting, or Controlling; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in Audit, ideally with exposure to Private Equity and/or Real Estate clients; Big 4 experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP; experience with investment fund accounting and consolidation is highly valued.
• Familiarity with valuation techniques for private assets and real estate portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or Lux GAAP.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage. Any additional language is a plus.

Within an international team, you will assist in the preparation and review of tax returns as well as in the tracking of filing obligations.
• To support IT enabled reporting, you will do financial data analysis and handle electronic filing of tax returns. You will review tax assessments, advances, advise your clients on a tailor-made approach and will prepare, review of the year-end tax provisions.
• You will analyze tax accounts, reconciliations and handle routine queries to resolve issues. You will be working in conjunction with our International Tax and Transaction Services teams, as well as accounting & indirect tax teams to support clients with all their filing obligations.
• You will further gain experience in working for financial industry sector companies with a particular focus on Alternative Investment Funds (e.g. Private equity, Real estate & Hedge funds) as well as multi-national and mid-market companies.
