Your key responsibilities

• Perform annual financial statements audits under Lux GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of Assistants, ensuring effective execution of audit engagements.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess client satisfaction.
• Apply deep understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts to real-world client scenarios.
• Coordinate on-site fieldwork at client locations, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth audit delivery.
• Translate audit strategy into effective procedures and deliver assurance services efficiently and effectively.
• Use expertise in primary accounting frameworks and EY’s Global Audit Methodology to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
• Responsible for contributing to the delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects by delivering agreed activities, applying judgement, and selectingappropriate methodologies to inform recommendations, considerate of success criteria, barriers, risks, and issues.

• Accountable for meeting own targets which impact the immediate team.
• May help coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members.
• Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)

Skills and attributes for success

• University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Audit, Accounting, or Controlling; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in Audit; Big 4 experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage. Any additional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Support and Maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud as Software as a Service (“SaaS”) for its current applications: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management).

Your key responsibilities

1. Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting: diagnosing and resolving complex issues
2. Business process analysis: understanding and analysing client business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for Oracle application, customisation and configuration.
3. Requirements gathering conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings with clients to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose appropriate Oracle solutions.
4. Business process mapping: mapping and documenting existing business processes and recommending improvements to align with Oracle best practices and industry standards.
5. Data migration and conversion: data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and migration from legacy systems to Oracle applications, ensuring data integrity and quality.
6. System configuration and setup: including defining organisation structures, setting up user roles and responsibilities, managing workflows, and customising application forms and reports.
7. User training and support: conducting user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Oracle applications, as well as providing post-implementation support and issue resolution.
8. Functional documentation: preparing detailed functional documentation, including requirements

Skills and attributes for success

• Senior: Minimum 2 years’ experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Knowledgeable in IT Service Management and Change Management framework (such as ITIL)

About the job

As a Senior within our Third-Party Reporting team:

• You will be actively supervising a portfolio of clients for the issuance of SOC reports prepared under ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 reports for our assets servicing clients (central administration, custodian, transfer agent and asset managers).
• You will be in charge of the issuance of the separate reports for (Alternative) Investment Fund Managers and Undertakings for Collective Investments.
• You identify internal control gaps and deficiencies as well as improvement opportunities by assisting in the development of recommendations.
• You develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff.
• You use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 2 year of experience in third party assurance (ISAE 3000/ISAE 3402/AUP,…) or as Internal/External Auditor in the assets servicing industry, wealth and assets management or private equity (big four experience is preferred)
• Fluency in English. Any additional language(s) such as French or German is highly appreciated.
