- Reviewing and mapping current service delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, engaging in service research.
- Evaluating and recommending AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and customer experience, developing process strategies.
- Collaborating with business process owners, IT teams, and developers to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Leading or supporting implementation of selected AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
- Promoting a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

- Process Excellence: Proven experience in analysing and optimizing service delivery processes using Lean methodologies.
- AI Expertise : Strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and practical applications in business operations.
