Your key responsibilities

• Completing audit processes and documenting higher-risk areas, such as financial instruments, income taxes, impairment for asset accounts, provisions and other, deliver quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders.

• Direct field work, manage engagement economics and inform supervisors of the audit engagement status.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients and your senior colleagues, providing an in-depth financial assessment of companies subject to transactions , identifying financial and other deal-related risks as well as providing actionable recommendations. Research companies, industries, customers, and competitors as well as assist in proposal preparation.

• Conduct comprehensive IT audits to address and ensure compliance with established controls and regulatory requirements, including Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
• Identify and review IT General Controls (ITGCs) to safeguard organizational assets and IT Application Controls (ITACs) to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Execute SOX compliance activities, including risk assessments, controls testing, and remediation efforts
• Prepare and assess Service Organization Control Reports (SOCR) to validate the effectiveness of IT controls objectives
