The legal professional within the role will specialize in key areas of practice including:

Your key responsibilities

• Researching any/all applicable laws, regulations, and precedents in preparation for and attendance at any/all client meetings and/or other legal proceedings.
• Drafting of legal advice on all areas of the law and any other corporate/business transactions, as may be required.
• Assess legal rights and legal risk of various company structures, and submitting recommendations for any joint venture, limited partnership, external company and/or limited liability company options.
• Drafting, reviewing, analyzing and amending any/all correspondence, legal agreements, briefs, rules, regulations, procedures, policies, legislation and other transaction documents, as required.
• Providing support during negotiations/discussions held on behalf of and/or with the clients to create, amend, and execute all legal, corporate or business transactions.

• Consistent communicating with partners, senior associates, paralegals and clients to ensure matters are handled efficiently.
• Where required, liaising and working closely and efficiently with other members of EY Global, both locally and internationally, to facilitate the provision of any advice and services to the client.
