As a Transaction Diligence Senior Manager at EY Ireland, you will leverage your experience in both technology and service delivery to advise and lead the delivery of strategic transaction diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. You will have the opportunity to develop and lead high-performing teams and coach and develop your talent to help them reach their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality data, analytics and reporting services to clients in the tech industry. You will collaborate with other EY teams in Ireland and globally to deliver a comprehensive diligence solution to enable clients to make informed decisions during their M&A engagements. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the client to develop the best diligence strategy and understand the specific needs of each assignment. You will utilize your technical expertise in the areas of system architecture, programming, software development, network infrastructure and security. You will be expected to provide preliminary and final findings and coordinate with other members of the transaction diligence team to assemble the necessary data and analysis to enable the client to make an informed decision. To achieve success in this role, you should have an interest in technology with a proven track record of delivering successful diligence engagements in the tech space, both in Ireland and internationally. A qualifications in IT and software engineering/programming and/or accounting is desirable.
