  • Data Collection and Analysis: This involves identifying and extracting relevant data from various sources and using statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven experience in S2P reporting and/or S2P Operations roles
  • Intermediate skillset and experience working in SQL, PBI and other data analytical tools
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree. Any procurement and supply chain related certificates are a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business, Procurement, Finance, Accounting related field

Strategic Reporting Leadership & Governance

  • Collaborate with the Mobility Leadership and Extended Leadership team to co design the strategic direction for mobility reporting, establishing standards, controls, and a roadmap aligned with EY’s global talent strategy.
  • Lead a team that delivers high quality, timely operational and strategic reporting, with clear SLAs, quality controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

  • Partner with the Assignment Services Leadership Team (ASLT) to translate data quality insights into operational actions, ensuring that integrity and compliance measures drive timely, actionable outcomes for mobility operations.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a living reporting inventory; retire duplicative assets and standardize globally to improve user experience and reduce manual effort.
  • Drive automation (e.g., Power BI Service, dataflows) to reduce production cycle time and elevate analyst time toward higher value tasks.

Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high performing team of reporting analysts (direct and/or matrixed), setting priorities, assigning work, and providing coaching and career development.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $73,200 to $132,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $87,800 to $151,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of a delivery team on complex financial services programs, specifically focusing on wealth and asset management initiatives, with roles likely to include techno-functional analysis, data strategy, data analysis, solution design, and end-to-end implementation management.
  • Support development of new EY data solutions and methods that will improve effectiveness and reduce costs of current practices.
  • Support RFP responses as well as thought leadership that we issue to the market.
  • Work to ensure internal risk and admin processes are adhered to.



To qualify for the role you must have some or all of the following:

  • Proven experience in wealth and asset management, with a good understanding of investment strategies and the end-to-end value chain to effectively advise clients on modernising their Data platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge in at least one of our core capabilities of:
    • Data Architecture & Data Engineering
    • Advanced Analytics Cloud Architectures and Tooling
    • Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Governance and Data Quality
    • Solution architecture (Business, Functional, Technical)
  • Understanding of technology trends and implications on the FS industry, including vendor platforms (such as BlackRock Aladdin, State Street Alpha, FNZ, etc), digital drivers, cloud architecture & providers, integration tools & approaches, and artificial intelligence methods & techniques (experience in Cloud Computing Platforms -knowledge of any or all of Snowflake, Azure, AWS and Google would be beneficial)
  • Knowledge of the common functions in a typical Data organisation
  • Demonstratable interest and awareness in emerging technologies
  • Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python or Scala

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven experience in S2P reporting and/or S2P Operations roles
  • Intermediate skillset and experience working in SQL, PBI and other data analytical tools
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree. Any procurement and supply chain related certificates are a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business, Procurement, Finance, Accounting related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to monitor and manage project milestone deadlines
  • Experience working with accounting, business management and/or technology and data analytics concepts
  • Ability manages teams to meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues
