Under limited supervision the CTF (Cyber Triage and Forensics) Analyst I will report to the CTF Global Service Manager. The CTF Analyst I will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of security events that occur on the network or endpoint. The CTF Analyst I should have familiarity with the principles of network and endpoint security, current threat and attack trends, a basic understanding of the OSI model, cloud security, and have a working knowledge of defense in depth strategies.

Job Summary:

The Mobility Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) team requires a Process Optimization and Innovation Specialist resource that supports the further enhancement of Global Mobility’s processes optimizing its service delivery and operations. The successful candidate will:

Maintain and enhance established process automations,Be involved in end-to-end process deployments, i.e., contribute to the design and development of solution prototypes, participate in user acceptance testing before go-live and drive post deployment stabilization.

Purpose of the Job:

  • Lead the maintenance, creation, implementation, and support of existing low code/no code solutions, such as Power Apps, for in-house process enhancements and support tools.
  • Design and manage workflows using Power Automate/Power Apps and SharePoint sites, ensuring efficient process automation.
  • Collaborate with Mobility and Digital Talent stakeholders to co-design and manage internal reporting systems, ensuring the automated creation and timely delivery of operational, governance, and data integrity reports as well as bespoke
  • dashboards.
  • Support the testing and deployment of new features within our existing tools, e.g., the Global Mobility Tool (AssignmentPro), to fully leverage our capabilities.
  • Ensure documentation of all technology solutions embedded in the end-to-end process delivery.
  • Support the Mobility team in broadening their skills through training on the job activities, starting from operating/maintaining established solutions to proactively suggesting/pursuing further automation opportunities.
  • Mentor and provide direction to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Ensure that project and initiative deliverables are met on time and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the process, addressing any roadblocks or challenges promptly.


Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
