Your key responsibilities

  • Project manage a suite of existing offerings, which may include skill-based volunteering opportunities that are available to our people, self-service digital tools for beneficiaries and/or ecosystem platforms
  • Support and sometimes lead the design, piloting and activation of new global offerings, leveraging leading practice and technology to develop EY’s internal capability, increase staff participation and drive considerable external impact
  • Support and sometimes lead the continuous development of offerings and associated toolkits and deployment approaches, maintaining a strong understanding of user needs to ensure continued integrity and relevance to beneficiaries and EY people
  • Ensure the overall integrity of the project portfolio, mitigating/managing the risks associated with project deployment in the regions.
  • Work with the Measurement and Reporting team to ensure that employee participation and impact data relating to central and local initiatives are recorded, tracked and communicated as part of the wider CR functional strategy using appropriate data management tools and other communications formats.
  • Effectively partner with the Communications and Engagement team to create content and communication strategies that drive internal demand / participation for initiatives as well as raise EY GDS external brand in this area
  • Collaborate with enabling functions and virtual teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives (e.g. Risk, Legal, Finance, Security etc.)
  • Identify global synergies through maintaining a strong understanding of aligned initiatives, credentials and impact stories, acting as a point of contact for region.
  • Support relationship management with internal EY stakeholders and external relationships with third parties and beneficiaries
  • Support and lead pan India strategic projects as necessary.

  • Knowledge of development sector
  • Flexibility to travel within India basis project needs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills –Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project, knowledge of AI and Co-pilot will be advantageous

Your key responsibilities

  • Strategic Pursuit and Opportunity Management
  • Contribute to the execution of the Deal methodology and support in the development of research packs, Sector Key trends and risk analysis, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages
  • Set and drive a bid plan throughout the bid (Deal) cycle with critical milestones, coordinating with the onshore teams
  • Development of draft proposal drafting of standard sections of the proposal/RFP response using standard templates and best practice proposal materials
  • Update client presentations and proposals with content from research and input from our teams
  • Assist the deal team in bid management activities including development of kick-off documents, CV collation for team book, Setting up cadence calls, teams channel creation
  • Liaise with internal teams in the development of client collaterals such as storyboards, placemats, proposals, and internal presentations
  • Central point of contact in managing the end-to-end process: organizing meetings, preparing meeting notes, follow up on actions and internal team coordination.
  • Establish and maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders; adhering to agreed timelines for deliverables and meeting expected quality benchmarks.
  • Support the team in maintaining the repository of recent client presentations, RFI / RFP responses, marketing collateral, etc.

  • Work with the Measurement and Reporting team to ensure that employee participation and impact data relating to central and local initiatives are recorded, tracked and communicated as part of the wider CR functional strategy using appropriate data management tools and other communications formats.
  • Effectively partner with the Communications and Engagement team to create content and communication strategies that drive internal demand / participation for initiatives as well as raise EY GDS external brand in this area
  • Collaborate with enabling functions and virtual teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives (e.g. Risk, Legal, Finance, Security etc.)
  • Identify global synergies through maintaining a strong understanding of aligned initiatives, credentials and impact stories, acting as a point of contact for region.
  • Support relationship management with internal EY stakeholders and external relationships with third parties and beneficiaries
  • Support and lead pan India strategic projects as necessary.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 7-8 years of work experience including relevant experience in Social Impact/CSR sector
  • Experience delivering employee engagement / change programs
  • Experience delivering impactful communications
  • Experience engaging, influencing and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of development sector
  • Flexibility to travel within India basis project needs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills –Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project, knowledge of AI and Co-pilot will be advantageous

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience working across geographies and cultures (good to have)
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent or Bachelor’s degree with experience in development sector
  • Strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently, with a focus on organisational culture and values
  • Ability to flex personal style and work across geographies and cultures
  • Keen interest to invest time for self-learning
  • Vision and capability to understand industry trends
