Analyst Engineer
Enterprise Technology provides reliable, secure and resilient technology services and solutions to support over 300,000 EY people. This role is responsible for delivering IT products to schedule, budget and quality. This role requires knowledge and expertise in the Microsoft stack of technical solutions including but not limited to: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server. The role must have adequate technical skills to successfully deliver quality code in a teaming environment.

Your key responsibilities
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate requirements into analytical projects, and drive end-to-end execution with structured problem-solving.
Gather, clean and validate structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency in data processing.
Perform deep-dive analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, correlations and business drivers, enabling data-backed decision-making.
Design and develop visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to simplify complex data for business users.
Automate recurring reporting and analytics workflows using SQL and Python, reducing manual efforts and improving data accessibility.
Implement predictive models, clustering techniques and forecasting algorithms to support business strategy, risk assessment and operational planning.
Work closely with data engineers, IT teams and business stakeholders to enhance data architecture, ensuring seamless data integration and availability.
Validate, optimize and standardize analytical methodologies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and best practices in data analysis.
Mentor, train and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the analytics team.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling or business intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Statistics/Mathematics.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction and performance optimization.
Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, automation and advanced analytics.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker to create interactive reports.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

Leads the definition of product roadmaps and architecture for a product family, according to business strategies and enterprise architecture.
Collaborates with the broader architecture community to ensure that their products align with target architectures and technology roadmaps and provides input on required platform capabilities and improving development tools/processes.
Works with other product teams, technology experts, and business stakeholders to provide functional support.
Assists in the evaluation of vendors and products and participates in build vs. buy discussions with the product teams.

Strong expertise in software architecture, system design and technology roadmaps.
Experience with cloud computing, microservices, API design and enterprise integration.
Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies while ensuring scalability and performance.
